- These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Unique Dream Services.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance.
2. Services Description
- Unique Dream Services provides home appliance repair, maintenance, and installation services, including but not limited to: air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, geysers, microwave ovens, and solar panel systems.
- We also offer technical training courses and a platform for skilled technicians to register and offer services.
- Service availability may vary by location. We serve specific regions within India.
3. Service Booking & Appointments
- Service bookings can be made via our website, phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- We will confirm appointments subject to technician availability in your area.
- You must provide accurate information regarding the appliance type, issue, and your address for us to schedule the appropriate technician.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as early as possible.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Service charges are as listed in our Rate Card, which is available on our website. Prices may vary based on appliance brand, model, and nature of the defect.
- A diagnostic/visit charge may apply even if no repair is carried out. This will be communicated before scheduling.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service.
5. Warranty & Guarantee
- We provide a 30-day service warranty on all repairs unless stated otherwise at the time of service.
- Warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to new faults or unrelated issues.
- Spare parts replaced during repair carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
- Warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by another party after our service.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Unique Dream Services is not liable for any pre-existing damage to appliances that is not related to our service.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.
- We are not responsible for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure that a responsible adult is present during the service visit.
- Customers must provide accurate information about the appliance and the issue.
- Customers must provide safe access to the appliance and a safe working environment for our technicians.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that appliances are covered under any applicable insurance.
8. Technician Code of Conduct
- All our technicians are trained, verified, and are expected to maintain professional conduct.
- Technicians will not undertake work beyond the agreed scope without prior customer consent.
- Any complaints about technician behavior should be reported to us immediately at info@uniquedreamservice.com.
9. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel a scheduled service appointment up to 2 hours before the appointment time without any charge.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may incur a nominal cancellation fee.
- Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service bookings.
10. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and code, is the property of Unique Dream Services and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar, India.
